About the Role
Join Citco’s Private Equity fund administration team supporting complex fund structures and client service delivery.
The role is based in Mumbai.
About Citco
Citco provides fund services, corporate governance, and related asset services globally.
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, with alternative asset and accounting services supported by learning and technology solutions.
Your Role
- Maintain books and records and calculate fund net asset values.
- Review and prepare financial statements, associated reports, and performance metrics.
- Review and calculate carried interest, performance fees, and incentive fees.
- Review and prepare investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalisations.
- Coordinate and process payments and other transactions.
- Supervise junior staff and review and sign off on their work.
- Act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients and other fund participants.
- Work with Investor Relations on investor queries, capital activity, and investor notices.
- Monitor accountants’ progression and identify training and development needs.
- Assist with client deliverables, audits, financial statements, regulatory filings, and tax services.
- Participate in business expansion and evolution projects.
