Role Overview
The Senior Vice President will secure new business, manage existing client relationships and onboardings, and lead global and local initiatives.
The integration team is the central technical and support contact for clients during onboarding.
The role interacts with senior management across organizations that work with Citco Fund Services.
Sales Preparation
- Participate in marketing and sales pitches and demonstrate Citco workflows, best practices, and technologies.
- Assist with requests for proposals and requests for information.
- Serve as a direct source of information for Business Development.
- Support the development of new clients and business.
- Participate in service-level agreement negotiations.
- Manage requested proofs of concept for sales pitches.
External Project Management
- Project-manage new client launches and conversions.
- Project-manage new business launches for existing clients.
- Manage onboarding of ancillary services.
- Coordinate teams so internal workflows meet client needs and capture unique requirements.
