Functional Business Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders to develop solution requirements and capture user stories.
• Manage relationships between business users and business partners and track requirements updates.
• Prepare business requirement documents, system design flows, and sequence diagrams.
• Create low-fidelity prototypes and test end-to-end application scenarios.
• Conduct UAT and collaborate with QA teams on use cases, test strategies, and test data.
• Provide technical and system solutions for real-time technical issues.
• Support stakeholders, partners, and customers throughout projects.
• Translate customer requirements into technical design specifications.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and task delegation to product or functional leads.
• Lead projects, improve project management models, and create integrated plans with milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
• At least three years of business analyst experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, ASAP, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying improvement opportunities and suggesting product road maps.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cross-platform integration.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP technologies is a plus.
