Job Description
Join Sodales Solutions as a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst.
Bridge IT and business objectives using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
The role requires analytical tools and methodologies along with effective communication across organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Interview stakeholders to develop solution requirements and capture user stories.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents, system design flows, and sequence diagrams.
- Create low-fidelity prototypes and test end-to-end application scenarios.
- Conduct UAT and collaborate with QA teams on use cases, test strategies, and test data.
- Provide technical and system solutions for real-time issues.
- Support and consult with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Translate customer requirements into technical design specifications.
- Manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Lead projects and manage project team productivity to avoid timeline and cost delays.
- Identify gaps in project management models and create integrated project plans with milestones.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
- Familiarity with Agile, ASAP, and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify improvement opportunities and suggest product road maps.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Knowledge of cross-platform integration.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience with SAP technologies is a plus.
