About the Role
TMX Group seeks a Functional Analyst for its Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC) to work on SOLA Clearing system. You will perform reverse engineering, translate business needs into functional requirements, and collaborate in an Agile environment to enhance clearing services for fixed-income instruments.

- Guarantee that operations comply with the rigorous standards of regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technological field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years in functional analysis and 5 years of overall experience in software architecture
- Natural ability to understand complex technical financial environments
- Full proficiency in both French and English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of financial markets (post trade, derivatives, or fixed income repos) preferred
- Ability to read C++ code (essential for system reverse engineering) preferred
- Knowledge of UML preferred
- Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies preferred

Job Overview
- Functional Analyst – Clearing Systems at TMX Group, within Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC).
- This role is hybrid (2 3 days/week in the office) based in Montreal, QC.
