- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration or related field
- 3 years recent business analysis experience in supporting enterprise applications in IT environment following ITIL, Modern Service Management, Lean, and DevOps
- Experience identifying and eliciting business requirements and processes
- Experience analyzing, designing and delivering technical solutions

Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration or related field including courses in business/systems analysis, general programming and software development tools.
- Requires three (3) years recent business analysis experience in supporting enterprise applications in an information technology environment following ITIL, Modern Service Management, Lean, and DevOps.
- A further period of up to six (6) months in the position is required to become familiar with assigned TransLink information systems, policies, procedures, environment and user requirements.
Work Schedule
- 37.5 hours per week.
- This is a full time temporary position for 12 months.
Work Designation
- Hybrid
- This position offers the flexibility of working both on site and remotely within B.C.
Rate of Pay
- Salary CAD 8,236 CAD 9,896 per month (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
- Total Compensation Package includes Extended Health, Transit Pass and enrollment in the Public Service Pension Plan upon eligibility.
