About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle within the strategic framework of BTS and relevant business units
- Contribute to the vision, roadmap and return on investment of one or more products
- Manage overall budget for the product
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives
- Lead collaborative elicitation and documentation of business, functional and non functional requirements
- Own the lifecycle of the product, including backlog management and prioritization
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to the Agile team
- Validate completed stories meet acceptance criteria and Definition of Done
- Work with solution providers and software suppliers to anticipate changes
- Work in cross functional project teams across the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related discipline
- Seven (7) years of related, demonstrated experience in product management
- Advanced Subject Matter Expert knowledge of the business process and clients' usage of the product
- Solid understanding of the development cycle, agile frameworks, and sprint management
- ServiceNow Platform & ITSM Domain Knowledge
- Experience managing products in a post implementation / sustainment environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, decision making, analytical, and leadership skills

Key Accountabilities

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of the development cycle, agile frameworks, and sprint management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, decision making, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Solid experience in Agile methodology and team management.
- ServiceNow Platform & ITSM Domain Knowledge.
- Experience managing products in a post implementation / sustainment environment.
- Experience using service metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working with structured release cycles.
Rate of Pay
- Salary range: CAD 109,920 CAD 164,880 per annum.
- Total Compensation Package includes Extended Health, Dental, Transit Pass and enrollment in the Public Service Pension Plan.
