Role Overview
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at 4MINDSAI, you will design and build the systems that bring the 4MINDS platform to life across the full technology stack.
You'll own features from API design and backend services through to the interfaces that enterprise users interact with daily, working across a modern cloud-native architecture that spans multiple deployment environments.
This is a senior-level role for an engineer who has built production systems at enterprise scale and knows what it takes to ship reliable, maintainable software in a fast-moving environment.
You'll report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with product, AI research, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact features on a platform where reliability and performance are non-negotiable.
If you thrive on owning complex problems end-to-end, move fluidly between frontend and backend challenges, and want to build at the intersection of enterprise software and frontier AI, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the 4MINDS platform, owning work from backend services and APIs through to frontend interfaces
- Architect scalable, maintainable systems that integrate with the 4MINDS knowledge graph, data pipeline, and AI services
