About the role
The Intelligent Planning team is seeking a Software Developer to build planning solutions for finance, retail, and supply chain domains.
The role focuses on solving business problems with modern technology and contributing to a collaborative engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into features and architecture using appropriate technologies.
- Present designs and architecture to stakeholders, considering scale, performance, and usability.
- Perform hands-on Java mid-tier coding, code review, and testing.
- Develop user interfaces with JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, or similar technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and peers and improve software development quality processes.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and product management teams on quality and future requirements.
- Support project scoping and execution.
Required qualifications
- At least 3–8 years of enterprise application development experience with Java, Spring, MVC patterns, Gradle, and Maven.
- B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent education, with equivalent education, training, and experience considered.
- Experience with unit, regression, and integration testing.
- Hands-on knowledge of scalable and resilient design patterns, OOAD, and software development quality standards.
