About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop end-to-end web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Lead the implementation of complex features, ensuring high code quality, scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for frontend and backend development, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and help build a strong engineering culture.
• Own technical decisions related to system architecture, database design, API strategy, and cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize application performance, implement caching strategies, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and deliver exceptional user experiences across devices.
• Work with DevOps and QA teams to maintain high availability and reliability of web platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability for the organization.

Skills
