Full-Stack Software Engineer

Build full-stack features end to end—from Postgres schema design and queries to Node.js/Express APIs and React front-end development.

Develop functionality across master data, assessments, calculations, and reporting modules.

Write unit and integration tests as a core part of the development process.

Translate product requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable code while taking ownership of the features you build.

2–3 years of experience building web apps end to end (backend + frontend)

Strong JavaScript; TypeScript (or a clear ability to pick it up fast)

Solid Node.js / Express (or a comparable backend framework)

Strong SQL—writing and optimizing queries, joins, indexing, and data modeling (PostgreSQL is a plus)

React (or a similar modern frontend framework)

A real habit of testing your own work before it ships

PostgreSQL, query tuning, TypeORM / raw SQL, and Redis

Experience in regulated or audit-heavy domains (pharma, finance, healthcare, or government)

Experience with .NET or Java is totally fine—concepts carry over, and we'll support the ramp-up.
