🤖 The Workflow: Orchestrating Agents over Manual Coding

Agentic Excellence: We use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable to handle the heavy lifting. You are the orchestrator who guides the AI to build scalable, secure, and elegant systems.

🎯 What You Will Do
- Own the Product: You will be part of an autonomous team of 5, reporting to an Engineering Team Lead. You are not a ticket-taker; you work on an equal footing with Product Managers to decide what we build.
- Fullstack Stewardship: You will balance between Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (TypeScript). Most days it is a 50/50 split, but you and your agents are comfortable shifting where the impact is needed most.
- High-Stakes Security: Since we handle sensitive global compliance data, you own the security of your applications. From integrating best practices to thinking like a pentester, you ensure our platform remains a fortress.
