About NextClerk
NextClerk is developing an AI-powered platform that helps subscription businesses automate revenue and billing operations. The product connects contract, CRM, billing, payment, and accounting data to create more accurate, scalable, and audit-ready financial workflows.
About the Internship
NextClerk is seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineering Intern to help build customer-facing applications and backend services for revenue operations. You will contribute to dashboards, workflow tools, integrations, data review interfaces, and reporting features used by finance and accounting teams. The internship offers hands-on experience building enterprise financial software from design through implementation and testing.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve web interfaces for contracts, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and revenue schedules.
- Develop dashboard components for exceptions, approvals, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Assist with backend APIs and services for financial workflows.
- Create interfaces for reviewing AI-extracted contract terms and correcting uncertain results.
- Support integrations with CRM, billing, payment, and accounting systems.
- Improve application performance, accessibility, error handling, and responsiveness.
- Write automated tests for frontend and backend features.
- Help implement role-based access, activity history, and audit-trail features.
- Participate in code reviews, engineering planning, and product demonstrations.
