About the Role
Fincure is building transaction-backed working capital infrastructure for UAE SMEs and seeks a hands-on full-stack developer to improve the fintech platform, strengthen loan/facility management, and build the credit/risk engine.

Responsibilities
- Improve existing fintech platform and strengthen loan/facility management system
- Build credit engine / risk engine
- Develop client onboarding workflows, KYB/KYC and document upload modules
- Implement supplier payment and receivables financing modules
- Manage loan/facility management system, repayment schedules and collection tracking
- Build internal admin and portfolio dashboards
- Implement AI based document extraction from invoices, bank statements, GRNs and trade documents
- Perform bank statement analysis
- Develop credit scoring and risk automation
- Integrate APIs with e signature, direct debit, accounting, payment and banking tools
Requirements
- Strong full stack development experience
- Good backend and database architecture understanding
- Experience with dashboards, workflow systems and APIs
- Practical knowledge of AI automation, OCR, document parsing or LLM workflows
- Fintech, lending, payments, ERP or accounting platform experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently in a fast moving startup environment

- Looking for a strong platform developer to improve existing fintech platform, strengthen loan/facility management system, and build credit engine / risk engine.
- This is a hands on builder role with high ownership and direct exposure to the Founder and business team.
