Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Dubai.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently.

Additional responsibilities include identifying areas for customer experience improvement, supporting customer onboarding processes, and contributing to strategies that enhance client engagement with Fincure’s financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or client success roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and teams.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Analytical skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with financing solutions, particularly BNPL and invoice discounting, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven strategies for improving customer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an added advantage.
