We are a premium firm specializing in luxury Real Estate investments and B2B corporate setup, and residency services in Spain.
Our website is the primary vehicle for our international lead generation.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly self-sufficient Full-Stack Developer to take complete ownership of our digital platform as a sole webmaster.
The Role
You will take 100% technical ownership of our website ecosystem.
You will be responsible for developing new custom features, fixing live bugs, building optimized marketing landing pages, and implementing strict modern optimization structures so our data is natively readable by modern AI search models and traditional search engines.
Key Technical Responsibilities
· Full-Stack Development: Architect and maintain backend server features using Node.js/Express, and build interactive, premium front-end components using modern JavaScript/React.
· Database Management: Manage, index, and optimize our MongoDB database to handle complex real estate listing filters effortlessly.
· AI & Technical SEO Deployment: Ensure our local business services and real estate asset listings are fully indexed and structured using customized Schema (JSON-LD) scripts.
Optimize our platform for both Google Search and Generative AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).
· Landing Page & Conversion Optimization: Design and implement highly responsive, fast-loading landing pages aimed at generating high-intent leads for our Spanish business consulting sectors.
· Platform Stability & Infrastructure: Maintain secure cloud hosting infrastructure, implement strict version control using Git, and ensure smooth, bug-free web performance on all viewports.
Required Experience & Skills
· 1–3 years of professional experience in Full-Stack JavaScript web development (Node.js and React/Vanilla JS frameworks).
· Deep production familiarity with MongoDB (specifically data arrays, indexing strategies, and aggregation pipelines).
· Proven track record.
· Advanced expertise in Technical SEO, Semantic HTML5 structures, and dynamic Schema layouts.
· Familiarity with tracking tools like Google serch console, Google analytics – GA4 and technical scrapers to evaluate search crawler data mapping.
Preferred Skills
- · Prior experience engineering real estate, listing directory, or high-end legal service web environments.
- · Deep understanding of core Web Vitals, server caching, and media optimization for rapid load speeds.
