Role Overview
Rubiscape’s six-studio platform lives or dies on the quality of full-stack execution — the ability to take a product idea from a Figma frame to a Kubernetes-deployed microservice without losing fidelity at either end. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will work across React/TypeScript frontends and Node.js or Python backends, delivering features that enterprise data teams and business analysts use to make decisions worth millions. You will operate in a high-ownership culture where engineers are expected to understand the “why” behind every feature, not just the “how”. This is a strong growth role for engineers who want to go deep on both sides of the stack inside an AI-native platform that already holds 8 international innovation patents.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- · Build product features end-to-end across React/TypeScript UI and Node.js or Python backend services, coordinating with design and product for scope and acceptance criteria.
- · Integrate with Rubiscape’s internal microservices (data pipeline APIs, ML model serving endpoints, IoT ingestion streams) to surface insights in Business Workbench and RubiSight.
- · Write performant, type-safe TypeScript components that conform to Rubiscape’s design system — Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Radix UI — and meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
