- Work Across the Stack: Build, maintain, and refine end-to-end features in both frontend and backend systems.
- Innovate and Integrate: Apply NiFi flow design and API optimization to strengthen data flow efficiency.
- Collaborate and Improve: Help shape continuous integration practices and contribute to the team’s engineering standards.
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using Vue, Node/Express, and MongoDB.
- Consume and create APIs focused on modular and scalable design.
- Implement and troubleshoot NiFi flows for messaging and API integrations.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests across the stack.
- Optimize frontend performance and backend logic for efficiency.
- Participate in CI processes and contribute to team development standards.
- Experience with Python and JavaScript (intermediate+), Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (CRUD + schema familiarity).
- Working knowledge of NiFi for flow building and system integration.
- Proficiency with testing tools such as Vitest, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and Postman for API validation.
- Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer science or related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Programming, or Systems Engineering). In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, two (2) additional years of related experience may be substituted.
- Substitution of Experience: A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Cyber Security, Engineering or Computer Science) may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. A PhD from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
- Competitive Wages – This position’s annualized pay range is $130,000.00 to $140,000.00
