Innovate in Secure Automation: Develop and optimize pipelines that meet the highest security standards.
Hands-On Cloud Engineering: Work directly with Kubernetes, Rancher, and government cloud platforms.
Collaborative Impact: Partner with developers and cyber engineers to drive secure DevSecOps maturity.
Develop and maintain DevSecOps toolchains and automation scripts.
Implement static and dynamic code analysis for pipelines.
Integrate CI/CD with test and release management systems.
Configure container orchestration using Kubernetes or Rancher .
Support secure software delivery and monitoring pipelines.
Coordinate with developers, testers, and security personnel.
Work with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and project tracking tools ( JIRA , Confluence , MS Project ).
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated regression testing.
Implement Zero Trust and SBOM tracking across builds.
Integrate containerized Buckaroo code into Government Cloud (SMF) .
Automate build/release processes and regression validation.
Collaborate with cyber engineers to resolve pipeline security issues.
Proven experience developing and securing CI/CD pipelines with Git , GitLab , or Jenkins .
Knowledge of Kubernetes , Rancher , and cloud infrastructure automation.
Hands-on experience with Ansible , Puppet , Docker/Podman , and OpenStack frameworks.
Familiarity with AWS , Azure , Google Cloud Platform , or IBM Cloud .
Strong background in RHEL/CentOS , Rocky , Debian/Ubuntu , and Fedora systems.
Understanding of Zero Trust , SBOM management , and secure DevSecOps practices .
Familiarity with hypervisors (KVM, VMware, VirtualBox) and PXE provisioning .
Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a computer science or related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Programming, or Systems Engineering). In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, two (2) additional years of related experience may be substituted.
Substitution of Experience: A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Cyber Security, Engineering, or Computer Science) may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. A PhD from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience.
