Responsibilities
- Perform business-as-usual operations for a variety of applications.
- Deliver bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Perform patching and package upgrades.
- Manage secret rotations, certificate renewals, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Contribute to complex L2/L3 incident management and resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident investigations.
- Maintain and update runbooks and operational documentation.
- Mentor mid-level and associate engineers within the team.
