Senior Voice And SIP Full‑Stack Engineer
We’re looking for a senior engineer who can own the
entire voice path
of our customer service platform — from carrier SIP trunks to FreeSWITCH, ZIWO integration, and our in‑house Phone System.
You’ll build the systems that turn a phone call into something our AI can act on — low‑latency, reliable, and production‑ready.
Requirements
🔹 SIP, RTP/SRTP, SDP, NAT traversal
🔹 Voice codecs (Opus, G.711, G.722, AMR)
🔹 FreeSWITCH / Asterisk / Kamailio / OpenSIPS
🔹 C/C++ + one more production language (Go, Python, Rust, Java)
🔹 Linux networking, packet capture, real‑time debugging
🔹 Building or operating real telephony systems
Nice to Have:
🔹WebRTC end-to-end (browser → SFU/MCU → SIP gateway).
🔹Experience with carrier integration in the GCC region or comparable regulatory environments.
🔹Prior work building or operating a call recording / archival system at scale.
