Post-secondary degree or diploma in web development, computer science or a related field.
Three to five years of relevant web-development experience, supported by a digital portfolio demonstrating your work.
Strong hands-on experience developing customer-facing website experiences and Design System components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and applicable front-end frameworks and libraries, such as Bootstrap, React, Angular or Vue.js.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred; experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services, reusable block development or content-authoring workflows is a strong asset.
Experience working with CMS platforms and integrating websites with CRM platforms, forms or other third-party services.
Experience translating designs into clean, reusable and semantic code within a collaborative team environment.
Strong knowledge of accessible development practices and WCAG requirements.
Working knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, web standards, web security practices and SEO fundamentals.
Experience using Git, code-review practices, automated testing and CI/CD workflows.
Experience improving web performance, including Core Web Vitals, and familiarity with analytics, tagging or consent-management tools is an asset.
