Location and Employment

Application Development

• Develop and maintain web, backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
• Write clean, scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Translate written user stories into technical solutions and complete tasks within agreed timelines.

Integrations and Product Modules

• Develop insurance, fintech, mutual fund, payment, authentication, KYC, verification, and third-party API integrations.
• Support health insurance quotation, policy comparison, issuance, renewal, portability, KYC, and payment workflows.
• Support motor insurance, vehicle data, NCB, policy renewal, add-on, proposal, payment, and issuance workflows.
• Support SIP, folio, onboarding, consent, investment transaction, reporting, and agency or RM workflows.

Mobile, Chatbot, and AI

• Build and maintain Android and iOS applications using React Native or Flutter where applicable.
• Manage mobile permissions, lifecycle behavior, push notifications, releases, and device-specific production issues.
• Develop WhatsApp and conversational workflows, including multilingual, consent, document, and onboarding flows.
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI and LLM APIs for advisory and support features.

Database, Quality, and Deployment

• Design and optimise relational database structures, SQL queries, schemas, data processing, and reporting workflows.
• Use Git for branching, pull requests, merging, and code reviews.
• Test code, fix QA and regression issues, and follow the Development to Staging to QA to Production workflow.
• Analyse production incidents and implement permanent fixes while following review and approval controls.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in standups, sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and product demonstrations.
• Work with the Tech Lead, Business Analyst, QA Tester, and other developers.
• Review peer code, share technical knowledge, document work, and communicate technical risks early.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and production issues.

Technical Skills

• Relevant areas include Node.js, JavaScript, Python, PHP, React, React Native, Flutter, Android, iOS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, Git, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and secure API development.
• Relevant integration areas include REST APIs, insurance APIs, fintech and mutual fund APIs, payment gateways, KYC, webhooks, WhatsApp Business API, chatbot workflows, and AI or LLM APIs.
• Preferred domain experience includes insurtech, mutual funds, payments, regulated financial products, policy workflows, and related data formats.

Experience and Qualifications

• The role requests 3–8 years of relevant software development experience.
• Candidates with 3 or more years of strong hands-on development experience are encouraged to apply.
