Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct process analysis, document functional and non functional specifications, and create user stories, workflows, and business process models
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack web applications including frontend interfaces, backend services, RESTful APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability; participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and continuous system enhancements
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post release support
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and cross functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Support business reporting, data analysis, system documentation, and process improvement initiatives

- Strong understanding of full stack software development, business analysis, system design, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, backend programming, RESTful API development, relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control systems, and modern software development frameworks
- Knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system integration, data modeling, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Role Description
- The Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while analyzing business requirements to deliver technology solutions that support organizational objectives.
- This hybrid role bridges technical development and business analysis by translating business needs into scalable, secure, and user focused software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting process analysis, documenting functional and non functional specifications, and creating user stories, workflows, and business process models.
- Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining full stack web applications, including frontend interfaces, backend services, RESTful APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Ensuring application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability while participating in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and continuous system enhancements.
- Participating throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post release support.
- Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and cross functional teams to deliver high quality software using Agile development methodologies.
- Supporting business reporting, data analysis, system documentation, and process improvement initiatives by evaluating system performance, identifying operational challenges, and recommending technology driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of full stack software development, business analysis, system design, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, backend programming, RESTful API development, relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control systems, and modern software development frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system integration, data modeling, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders, facilitate requirements discussions, and prepare clear functional and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering reliable software solutions and business improvements in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
