Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Develop campaign plans, manage budgets, define target audiences, and ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content, including website content, social media campaigns, email communications, advertisements, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, product teams, sales teams, and external partners to deliver consistent messaging and engaging customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, engagement rates, and campaign performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data driven improvements to increase marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies while staying updated on emerging trends, consumer behavior, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Support market research, competitor analysis, brand development, customer segmentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization’s digital presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, analytics, and customer acquisition methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation software, CMS, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, evaluate campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge of digital customer journeys, audience segmentation, marketing funnels, brand management, campaign optimization, marketing analytics, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams, manage multiple campaigns, communicate strategies effectively, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Strong creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while driving successful digital marketing initiatives in a fast paced and results oriented environment.
