Role Overview
The organization builds intelligent digital products combining software engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
The role designs, develops, deploys, and maintains end-to-end AI-powered applications.
The position is part-time and fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
Core Engineering Responsibilities
- Build production-grade full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, microservices, frontend applications, and data pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, semantic search, document processing, and AI-agent workflows.
- Design database schemas, optimize SQL and NoSQL storage, and implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and API practices.
- Implement testing, monitoring, logging, error handling, observability, CI/CD, containers, cloud deployment, and infrastructure automation.
- Optimize AI inference, latency, reliability, compute usage, and cloud costs, and evaluate model performance and operational risks.
Collaboration and Operations
- Work with product, design, data, security, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
