The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons for individuals or small groups, and assess proficiency, learning needs, strengths, and improvement areas.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Develop lessons, exercises, assignments, learning materials, quizzes, and assessments.
• Support academic English, examination preparation, presentations, essays, study skills, academic writing, research, and professional communication.
• Adapt instruction to different ages, abilities, learning styles, proficiency levels, and objectives.
• Provide feedback, monitor progress, maintain records, and recommend further learning.
• Use online teaching platforms, digital resources, learning-management systems, multimedia, discussions, role-play, and interactive activities.
• Communicate with authorized parents, guardians, students, and coordinators, while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
