FSQA Technician (2nd Shift)

Role Overview

Location and Schedule

• The role is onsite at the Burr Ridge facility.
• The schedule is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform hourly quality checks on work-in-process and finished goods.
• Evaluate products, ingredients, and finished goods for compliance with Double Good quality standards.
• Evaluate production equipment for consistency and safety of output.
• Confirm that quality and food safety processes are active across the production floor.
• Respond to quality and food safety concerns and guide corrective action investigations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Have 2-4 years of food manufacturing experience involving GMPs, FSMA, and HACCP.
• Have a high school diploma and quality experience.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.
• Bring an analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a passion for quality and customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASQ or another quality-related certification or training is advantageous.

Compensation

• Base pay is $29.95 per hour plus $0.50 per hour for second shift.
• Final compensation depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
