⚡️What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to build and shape Remark’s user experience.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen sense of design who is excited to own the frontend experience and play a major role in defining the product's look and feel.

You’ll work on creating intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that make interacting with Remark seamless and engaging.

We use a modern TypeScript-based stack, with React and Next.js powering the frontend.

While this role is primarily frontend-focused, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn backend development if you're interested.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll have the flexibility to design and implement frontend experiences, influence UI/UX decisions, and create a cohesive user experience across the platform.

If you’re passionate about frontend development, owning design decisions, and crafting polished, responsive interfaces, this role is for you.

📓Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontend applications
• Participate in the UI/UX design process, ensuring Remark’s platform is intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and usability across different devices and browsers
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
• Develop actionable roadmaps for new capabilities, and work with the engineering team to execute on that roadmap
