Role Overview
Frontend Developer specializing in TypeScript, supporting a client on a contract basis.
Build and maintain user interfaces, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality web applications.
Compensation
- Contract role paying $30 to $80 per hour.
Workplace
- Remote role with work-from-anywhere location.
- The position supports collaboration with experienced engineers across a distributed project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive interfaces using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Implement pixel-perfect designs with UI/UX designers.
- Optimize load times and rendering efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript with React, Angular, or Vue.js experience.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with Redux, MobX, or a similar state management library.
- Familiarity with Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Ability to debug frontend issues across browsers and devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
