Role Overview
Contract Frontend Developer role focused on building and maintaining user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality web applications.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote role with the ability to work from anywhere.
Compensation
- Payout is $30 to $80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs and improve user experience.
- Optimize application performance, including load times and rendering efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript with frontend framework experience such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data fetching.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot frontend issues across browsers and devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
