Role overview
The Front Office Manager will lead the front office operation at Malmaison Reading.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Reception and Nights teams.
- Ensure internal audits and operational checks are completed.
- Maintain high front office standards and exceed guest expectations throughout the guest journey.
- Set the tone for guest visits and deliver a consistently high level of service.
- Support internal development and progression within the hotel operation.
Contract and hours
