About the Opportunity
Ericsson is seeking an Automated Operations Engineer for first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
The role supports service-level agreement performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Participate in first-level service monitoring and event management.
- Handle service and resource alarms efficiently.
- Monitor resource and service performance.
- Conduct security event monitoring.
- Identify and document incidents.
- Support capacity and performance investigations.
- Track, manage, and report on incident resolution.
- Escalate identified security incidents.
- Initiate problem management processes.
- Support preventive maintenance execution for field operations.
Skills
- Ericsson Operations Engine modes of operation, test automation management tools, and Test Execution Engine.
- Dealing with enquiries, MS TOP, document control, and software performance testing.
- Ericsson RAN Management, Ericsson VAS Management, and Ericsson Packet Core Management.
- Customer complaint resolution, client services, ITIL, and call center experience.
