Intervala, LLC is seeking a Visitor Experience & Trade Compliance Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors while supporting key administrative and trade compliance activities.
Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Coordinate daily front desk operations and ensure visitor procedures are followed in accordance with the company's Export Management Compliance Program (EMCP).
Maintain accurate visitor logs and records in accordance with EMCP requirements.
Conduct identification verification and required checks against applicable Export-Controlled Excluded Parties lists.
Track, maintain, and manage visitor and customer smock inventory.
Support compliance training for visitors and staff as needed.
Serve as a resource for compliance-related questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate Trade Compliance personnel.
Provide administrative support to the Contracts and Compliance Manager, including assistance with the U.S. Person verification process.

Assist the Trade Compliance Officer with administrative and compliance-related activities.
