Front Office Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all guest check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and telephone reservations.
• Register guests and collect necessary information.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
• Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality front-office department is preferred.
• Relevant front-office experience from the candidate's home country will be considered.
• UAE or GCC hotel experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude are expected.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• The role requires availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also be considered.
