Role Overview
Madhoor Stores is hiring a Front Office Assistant for administrative support at a supermarket branch.
The role requires at least two years of experience and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the supermarket branch.
- Assist the Purchase Manager with daily purchasing activities.
- Maintain branch records, files, registers, and official documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Handle emails, correspondence, telephone calls, and general office communication.
- Collect and maintain daily sales and operational reports from relevant departments.
- Verify and organize documents related to sales, returns, discounts, and promotions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of front-desk experience.
- At least 1 year of FMCG experience.
- At least 2 years of MS Excel skills or experience.
- Excellent communication skills are preferred for female candidates.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
