Front of House Sales Executive - EMD Fitness
Position Overview
EMD Fitness is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Sales Executive to become the face of our facility and play a key role in driving membership growth, client retention, and daily operational excellence.
This role combines front of house responsibilities with a strong sales focus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming members and guests, managing enquiries, converting leads into memberships, supporting member retention, and ensuring a premium customer experience at all touchpoints.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in the health and fitness industry, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing sales environments, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Front Of House & Customer Experience
- Welcome all members and guests professionally and warmly
- Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth facility flow
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism at reception
- Assist members with bookings, payments, account queries, and general support
- Ensure the facility atmosphere reflects the EMD brand and premium experience
- Handle complaints, concerns, and member feedback professionally and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and satisfaction
Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive new membership sales through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct facility tours and present memberships confidently and professionally
- Follow up on all enquiries, trial sessions, and prospective leads
- Convert leads into paying members through strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Promote personal training packages, physiotherapy services, and additional revenue streams
- Support corporate membership sales and community partnerships where required
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales reporting within the CRM system
- Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets set by management
- Execute upselling and retention strategies to maximise client lifetime value
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage daily sales reports and front desk reporting
- Support scheduling and coordination of coaches, trainers, and therapists where required
- Ensure accurate member records and payment tracking
- Assist with stock control for front desk and café-related products where applicable
- Work closely with management on promotions, campaigns, and member engagement initiatives
- Support operational improvements and implementation of SOPs across front of house
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front of house, sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer service roles
- Previous experience within a gym, fitness studio, wellness facility, hotel, or premium hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Strong sales experience with proven ability to hit targets and convert leads

Package Details
- Position - Front of House Sales Executive
• Location - EMD Fitness
- Salary - AED 5,000 per month
- Commission - Performance-based commission structure linked to membership sales, PT sales, and revenue targets
- Working Hours - 8-hour shifts (morning or evening shift)
- Working Days - 6 days per week
- Start Date - Immediate / As soon as possible

- Monthly membership sales performance
- Lead conversion rate
- Client retention and member satisfaction
- Front of house operational efficiency
- PT and additional service sales performance
- CRM management and reporting accuracy
