Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer
EMD Fitness is looking for an experienced, high-energy, and passionate Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer to join our growing team immediately in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional group training experiences, facilitating personal training sessions, supporting member results, and contributing to the overall energy and culture of the facility.
This role requires a coach who is confident in leading Strength & Conditioning, Functional Training, Hyrox-style training, and Boxing-based fitness classes, while also actively generating and delivering Personal Training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality group fitness classes with energy and professionalism
- Lead Strength & Conditioning and Functional Training sessions
- Deliver engaging and motivating training experiences
- Conduct one-on-one and small group Personal Training sessions
- Build and maintain a strong PT client base
- Support clients with accountability, motivation, and progress tracking
- Assist members with exercise technique and fitness guidance
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating training environment
- Maintain high coaching standards and professionalism
- Work closely with management and front of house staff
Requirements
- Experience in fitness coaching and personal training
- Experience delivering group fitness classes
- Strong coaching presence and communication skills
- Passion for fitness, performance, and helping clients achieve results
- Professional, reliable, and well presented
- Ability to motivate members of different fitness levels
- Boxing fitness experience is advantageous
- Hyrox coaching experience is highly preferred
