Wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead restaurant service and support excellent guest experiences.
The role involves leading with energy, coordinating seamless service, solving problems quickly, and inspiring the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant.
- Help team members feel seen, supported, and proud of their work.
- Join service, solve problems quickly, and maintain positive energy.
- Nurture team members so they can grow rather than simply hit targets.
- Use a kaizen mindset to identify and implement continuous improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Be passionate about supporting, training, and developing team members while maintaining high standards.
- Have experience running and planning shifts to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
- Have experience managing labour and rotas.
- Understand the financial performance of the restaurant.
- Recognise individual drivers and needs and celebrate success with the team.
