- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to deliver and consistently exceed associate and guest satisfaction and engagement expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with visitor management or reception management systems
- Good people management skills with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Immaculate personal grooming and professional appearance consistent with 5 star hotel or luxury corporate standards
- Well spoken with fluent, professional English communication
- Refined personal etiquette and conduct: courteous, composed, discreet, and solution oriented
- Strong brand awareness: ability to embody and project the organization’s values, culture, and image
- A naturally welcoming and professional appearance that instils confidence and comfort in visitors

Requirements
