Requirements

1–3 years of proven frontend development experience (startup/tech product background preferred).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS .
Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with backend integration.
Understanding of state management (Redux/Context API) .
Knowledge of performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills with a product-first mindset.
Bonus: Experience with SEO optimization in Next.js and working on scalable consumer-facing platforms.
