Front End Developer

This role is more than just coding. As a full stack develop er at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution develop ed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

3+ years of experience develop ing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript with frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue

Experience with Develop ment in Node.JS

Experience with usability analysis, automated testing develop ment, such as unit testing and E2E

Experience collaborating closely with sof tware develop ment teams

Experience in creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment

Ability to switch between programming languages and learn new ones as needed

TS/SCI clearance

HS diploma or GED

Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Security+ or CISSP Certification within 30 days of start date

Experience with ArcGIS JavaScript or geospatial web develop ment

Experience with Java Spring Framework

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Selenium

Experience scripting in Bash or Perl in Linux environments

Experience with JavaScript visualization libraries such as D3, Leaflet, or AG Grid

Experience with information security practices

Experience with Agile or Kanban develop ment met hodologies

Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, GitHub, or GitLab

Knowledge of standards across JavaScript, JSON, REST, CORS, Web architecture, and HTTP

Ability to work with geospatial tools, including ArcGIS
