AWS DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You’ll apply your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service provider s to further your clients’ meaningful missions.

3+ years of experience with the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and push ing releases across environments

3+ years of experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving CI and CD pipeline issues

Experience with developing enterprise AWS solutions

Experience with containerization and container orchestration

Experience with writing scripts using Python or Bash

Experience with creating solutions to complex problems in a collaborative team environment

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor's degree

Experience with provisioning computer networking and storage and setting up servers that the platform is on, including virtual machine ( VMs ) or networks

Experience with automated testing frameworks

Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code

Experience with creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks

Experience with triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commer cia l tools in public cloud environments

TS/SCI with a polygraph

IAT Level II+ Certification , including Security+ or CISSP

AWS Certification , including AWS Solution Architect – Asso cia te, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Security – Spe cia lty certification

Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.
