Front End Developer Intern

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Build and own the frontend layer of web products using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and implement rich UI animations using GSAP, Framer Motion, and CSS transitions.
• Build immersive 3D web experiences using Three.js and React Three Fiber where needed.
• Translate design specifications and product briefs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Develop reusable, accessible component libraries using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn, and Material UI.
• Integrate APIs and handle real-time data in the UI layer with backend engineers.
• Contribute to cross-platform mobile UI development using Flutter.
• Optimize load times, animation frame rates, bundle sizes, and Core Web Vitals.
• Work with founders to turn product ideas into interactive prototypes quickly.
• Participate in design critiques and improve the team's visual and interaction quality.

Must-Have Skills

• React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, and React Three Fiber.
• JavaScript ES6+, responsive design, component architecture, Git/GitHub, and REST API integration.

Advantageous Skills

• Flutter, Dart, Firebase, Shadcn, magic.ui, Material UI, Blender, Shery.js, TypeScript, WebGL, MQTT, and real-time UI are advantageous.
• Performance optimization and Figma-to-code workflow experience are advantageous.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven hands-on frontend experience through shipped products or a strong portfolio of real projects.
• Native fluency in React.js and Tailwind CSS, with strong motion and interaction design judgment.
• Ability to create 3D web experiences with Three.js and React Three Fiber.
• Production-grade experience with GSAP and Framer Motion.
• Strong attention to UI detail, including typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfort with Flutter for mobile surfaces, or a strong appetite to learn it.
• Ability to move quickly from idea to working interface without sacrificing quality.
• Hackathon experience, open-source contributions, or a creative portfolio is a strong plus.

Additional Responsibilities

• Own component architecture and final visual polish across the frontend experience.
• Maintain a shared component library for consistent product UI.
• Collaborate with the full-stack team on API integration and state management.
• Define animation and interaction systems for how the product moves and responds.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, visual inconsistencies, and accessibility gaps.
• Document component usage, design decisions, and integration patterns.

Compensation

• Pay ranges from ₹5,000.00 to ₹12,000.00 per month.
