Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospital team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Collect payments and process insurance claims
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
