Job Requirements We are looking for an experienced Insurance Executive to join our team at Kasturba Speciality Hospital in Pune, Maharashtra.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance operations, including claims processing, policy administration, and customer service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all insurance policies are up to date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to customers regarding their insurance policies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of insurance regulations and procedures.

You must be able to work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Manage all aspects of insurance operations, including claims processing, policy administration, and customer service
• Ensure that all insurance policies are up to date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding their insurance policies
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies
• Monitor and review insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service
• Monitor and analyze insurance trends to identify potential areas of improvement Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance operations
