Role Overview
Front desk role based in Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra.
The description states one to three years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members.
- Handle front desk operations and maintain the visitor log.
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and coordinate with the team.
- Assist with documentation, filing, meetings, presentations, and events.
- Maintain office cleanliness and a pleasant reception area.
- Handle couriers, deliveries, and other office logistics.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
