Responsibilities
- On the job training on a regular basis
- Attend graduate induction events
- Participate in specific technical and softer skills training on a national basis
- Receive regular technical training and opportunities to develop wider market knowledge
- Be assigned a buddy from your first day to help you settle in
- Work with a Performance Manager to support your progress, performance, and any work or HR related matters
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, or Information Technology; Bachelors in Cybersecurity, Network Security, Information Security, Computer Science, or another relevant program
- Must be residing in Qatar and under family sponsorship
- Minimum 2.9 GPA score
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic (Read/Write and Speak)
- No previous employment experience is required although internships in the big 4 or multinational consultancy firm would be highly advantageous
