- Build children’s French vocabulary, pronunciation, listening comprehension, speaking confidence, early reading, and age appropriate writing skills
- Use songs, stories, games, movement, visuals, role play, routines, conversation, and hands on activities to make French learning active and memorable
- Differentiate lessons for small groups and individual learners based on age, readiness, confidence, and prior exposure to French
- Track student progress through observation, participation, formative assessment, and internal documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialist teachers to connect French learning with wider themes and enrichment activities
Requirements

Role Overview
- Masterminds Early Learning Center is seeking an exceptional French Teacher to join its award winning Dubai education team.
- This role is ideal for a French teacher with strong experience teaching young children and primary aged students.
- The successful candidate will teach French across early years and primary age groups, helping children develop confidence, vocabulary, listening comprehension, pronunciation, speaking ability, early reading, and a genuine enjoyment of the French language.
Essential Requirements
- Spoken and written fluency in French and English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience teaching French to early years and/or primary aged children
- Experience teaching French through songs, stories, conversation, games, movement, role play, vocabulary development, early reading, and age appropriate written work
- Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Languages, Early Childhood Education or a related field; teaching qualification preferred
- Ability to teach across age groups, including early years, Kindergarten, and primary students
- Strong understanding of how young children acquire language and how to build confidence in speaking and listening
- Ability to plan engaging lessons for small groups and differentiate instruction based on age, ability, and language exposure

- Create a positive and structured classroom environment where children feel confident participating in French
- Track student progress through observation, participation, formative assessment, and internal documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialist teachers to connect French learning with wider themes and enrichment activities where appropriate
Compensation & Benefits
- AED 13,000 – 16,000 per month, tax free, including base salary and housing allowance
- Comprehensive medical insurance
- UAE residence visa, where required
- End of service benefits in accordance with UAE law
- Approximately 2.5 months of paid vacation across the academic year
- Training and development opportunities within Masterminds’ Dubai platform
- Relocation support may be considered for exceptional international candidates
