- Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience using excellent product and brand knowledge
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
- Ensure customer loyalty by building and maintaining a clientele base
- Advise customers on product/brand heritage, features, warranties, and trends in the luxury market
- Ensure exceptional customer service experience to after sales customers by following store after sales processes and adherence to repair/return policies
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience of sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry
- Fluent in both Arabic and French
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships
- Organizational and time management skills

Requirements
- Minimum of one years’ experience of sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry.
- Fluent in both Arabic & French.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships.
